Rhonda Geraci
Writer/Creative ConsultantThe shortest distance between two points may be a straight line, but for Rhonda the curvy road was more interesting. Her first career was a professional ballerina, and while going from pointe shoes to pen may seem like a stretch, writing has a lot of the same elements. There is always something new to explore, learn, and perfect. After attending TCU and American University, she learned copywriting at the Portfolio Center where she won 7 gold medals, Best of Show, and Best Creative Team (an award created for her and her art director). Over her twenty-year career, she has written radio, TV, print, and interactive campaigns for regional, national, and global accounts like BellSouth/Cingular/AT&T, Brooks Brothers, Kimberly Clark, and Colgate Global. She has held associate creative director or senior writer positions at Ogilvy & Mather and Young & Rubicam, New York, as well as WestWayne(22Squared) and Joey Reiman in Atlanta. As a creative consultant, she puts her extensive experience to work providing clients creative, cost-effective solutions for all their initiatives. She has helped Thöndo with such campaigns as “Made in Italy”, Authentic Italian Foods, and Italian Giftware. Like Thöndo, she puts her heart and soul into everything she does, which is probably why she has enjoyed such a long partnership with the company.
